The friendly host met us when we arrived and sat down with us with a map of the area. He gave us several specific recommendations for good local restaurants and sights. This really helped us to get off to a fast start. The room (#5) was extremely quiet and had a very efficient (and quiet) air conditioner. There were many travel guides and other books in the common area along with several different treats, drinks and teas that were available to guests at any time. So it was a welcoming environment and we often came back to our room for an afternoon siesta (and for a break from the heat).
There wasn't anything notable that was negative for us.

Room was of good size. Clean, great location. Friendly staff. Very helpful owner who took time out to recommend places to visit and to dine etc.
Not having a full length mirror would be the only criticism.

The hosts were incredible and give the best recommendations for local food and activities.
The room was comfortable and everything was clean, the location was excellent. We would definitely come back in a heartbeat and recommend this place to all family and friends.

The owners were incredibly helpful! They gave us recommendations for restaurants and helped us make some reservations. I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Florence
