Geladeira muito ruim e ar condicionado muito fraco.

Very clean and spacious rooms in a great location, just a 15-minute walk from the Duomo.

The main issue was leaving for our early flight at 5am. The front gates were locked, there were no staff on site, and we hadn’t been told how to open them, so we had to climb over the gate to get out. Clear instructions for accessing the property outside staffed hours would have been very helpful. A minor issue was that we weren’t told the master key was on our keyring, which caused some confusion when the key wasn’t left in the lock one day, as we had to wait 20 minutes before staff called us back. Communication overall could’ve been better.

Good location. Reception and pleasant attitude of the staff.

AC did not cool sufficiently and the apartment felt warm during the day and night. Shower pressure is low. Facilities in the room and furniture are very old and need to be replaced.
