Nothing, my best experience in Italy so far!

Esmerelda was incredibly helpful, attending immediately to every question and request. The room was ample and “antique" in a good way. There were several decent restaurants within 5 min walk.

Esmeralda was so kind and helpful! although we unfortunately never had the chance to meet in person, i felt like she was "with" us the whole stay. whenever i had a question, she answered thorougly and promptly. One day we were a little lost finding the right bus, and she immediately replied with helpful maps/directions. Prior to our stay, i informed her that as a family of 4, we had lots of luggage and thus preferred not having stairs. she recommended that we switch to one of her units that did not have to be accessed via stairs and thanks to her thoughtfulness, we had just the right room for our needs. although our stay was short, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated Esmeralda as a wonderful host. thank you Esmeralda!

Clear check in instructions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our flight got delayed and we arrived after midnight so the staff offered us a late checkout in the morning for no additional cost.
