    The hotel is a wonderful one with great surroundings. It is a pity that I do not have a pool.

    The Hoxton in Florence may be locatated slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the real centro, but it is an oasis from the tourist jam. The service of the hotel staff is exceptional. Everything is unhurried at The Hoxton, Florence. You are not forced to head out because the hotel is claustrophobic. on the contrary. Its spacious, inviting and fresh. Only gripe may be no pool and gym. Go swim in the river.

    Booked a superior room with 37m sq space but only given a “roomy” with 22m sq. Followed this up at reception but nothing done, and told this is a regular issue. Devastated as this was expensive and booked to celebrate a birthday.
