Everything about this stay was great. Spacious room, charming hotel with a great restaurant and courtyard cafe service. A couple blocks from the tram to get anywhere in the city.

Great hotel for Florence. Slightly off the beaten track but an oasis from the hustle and bustle. No gym sadly. But that's all Hoxton's

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hoxton in Florence.We stayed in a Roomy terrace room and really enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the private terrace.
We had breakfast in the Alassio restaurant.There was lots of choice for breakfast and it was delicious.Francesco, Katarina and Cara were so welcoming and helpful at breakfast.Francesco also gave us some tips about what to see while we were in Florence, which we really appreciated.
We ate in the Alassio restaurant and once at the bar and the staff there were also very friendly.The food was delicious.
It took about 20 minutes to walk into the heart of Florence , This is the third Hoxton hotel we have stayed in .We really enjoyed our stay.

it was too cold and heater is not working as expected specially in bathroom.
hot water is not working properly in shower.
