Quite some confusion with this hotel, make sure to check all details yourself. I booked a play room via Agoda, but when I arrived I got assigned a much smaller room - apparently in their system the booking was for a standard queen room. The hotel mentioned they’ve had this problem with booking via Agoda before. Although this glitch in the system can’t be entirely blamed on the hotel, I believe that if it’s an issue that occurs more frequently it’s something they should address with Agoda asap to avoid further misleading their guests. I didn’t take no for an answer, after which the staff did provide me with an alternative room, that also had a terrace, so the issue was resolved appropriately. After check-out funds were deducted from my bank account and I received a non-specified bill. Although I did use some products from the minibar, this was not as much as the hotel billed me for. After sending an email this issue was also resolved and a refund was provided. So although the hotel tries to resolve issues appropriately, you need to be on your toes here and double check your bookings and bills.
The location of the hotel is great - the T2 tram from the airport stops right in front of the door and the historical centre is just a short walk away. The facilities in the hotel are also nice. The view from the rooftop is magnificent. It is however not only a hotel, but also a student residence and coworking space, so rather large with different sections and elevators and a vibe that may or may not suit you.

Our stay was ok for a couple of nights in Firenze. The room was clean, but A/C did not work and we had to sleep with the window open. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were not good. Also there is absolutely no noise insulation and you can hear everything in the hallway.
Location was good, in the quieter parts of Florence.

For the price it was very underwhelming and absolutely not worth it. Quite outside the city as well, lucky Florence is quite small and very walkable. The pool was closed which is why we booked. Had I known it was closed I would have cancelled my booking. Having students living there as well was a put off too. I would not stay there again. Very overpriced for what you get.
