    The public transport to this hotel is being really inconvenient , but this is indeed a very good hotel with high quality, service, facilities

    I have nothing against hotel, it is very luxurious apart from the fact that you are very far away from anything. They do offer a shuttle service into city at specific times but you have to book it ahead or you miss out. Also catching a cab to the city and from the airport was very expensive. There are no nearby shops to walk to either. So if you intend on spending most of your time in the city avoid this hotel. But if you just want to kick back and enjoy the premises, it is a lovely establishment.

    Our bathroom had a leakage and they never fixed it or changed our room. The Aircon wasn’t very effective and we had mosquitoes inside the room and we could not sleep well. Hotel was good but it could have been a lot better. They should have free shuttle service to the city because connections are so poor
