Pleasant stay in a modern hotel near the Florence airport

This modernistic hotel provided me with very good services throughout the one day I was there.

Clean comfortable room, shower over the bath and a sliding window panel between the bed & bathroom?

Comfortable very large bed with nice feather pillows.

Food was ok but not amazing. The waiter Marco was very attentive and did recommend a nice desert. Don’t have the tiramisu but the cooked pear.

Terrible stay – I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The bed is so soft.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. There was no hot water for an entire day. The next day, the hot water came back, but only a small trickle of brown water came out. Despite having a bathtub, I couldn’t take a bath — in fact, I couldn’t even take a proper shower. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Because of how bad the situation was, I decided to check out early. I was told I would be refunded, but I still haven’t received any refund. I will never stay here again.

A good hotel to stay out of the city centre but tram and shuttle bus service made it a lot easier.

The room was good and the bed very comfortable, breakfast was ok. The location was as described out of the centre but the shuttle bus to the tram station made it a lot easier. A special mention for Samuel the driver as he made this journey to and from very enjoyable.

The breakfast could have been better and the bar Restuarant menu was a bit limited.

breakfast. The coffee was particularly bad as it was a machine and over dispended the coffee for the small cup. It was a small cup or a paper takeaway cup choice. I dont really want to drink from a paper cup when Im sitting down for breakfast

Great place to stay

The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable. The food for breakfast was excellent. Loved the gym and whirlpool. The shuttle to the metro is convenient to help you get around. Definitely coming back!

The property was well located, the breakfast was good

We stayed for 2 nights, and they didn’t make our room on the entire stay, they had from 9:30am that we left the room until 10pm when we arrived and they didn’t clean the room or make the bed, we called the front desk to ask for someone to clean it and the answer was that they were not able to do it. The air conditioning was not working so we went to the front desk and they turned on but we didn’t have control of the temperature so we freeze the hole night, we call them to let them know the situation and they simply turned the air conditioning off and they told us that we couldn’t use the air conditioning. It’s the worst stay on the trip and for the price that we paid this is unacceptable

It was a very stressful stay.

The futon and pillows were fluffy and very comfortable.

The shower barely worked. Someone came to fix it, but they couldn’t resolve the issue. They also couldn’t move me to another room because the hotel was fully booked.

Great Hotel for Road trip in Italy

Room was clean, spacious and had good view of city outside. it was really an ideal hotel for our traveling need and access to the property. in addition to that hotel staffs were kind enough to accept delivery to the property.

HORRIBLE HOTEL TO STAY IN

NOTHING AT ALL HORRIBLE PROPERTY TO BE IN

WE HAD A VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND RATE THIS HOTEL 0- ZERO. I GOT ABUSED AND SCREAMED AT BY THE RECEPTION TO BE THEN MANAGED BY THE MANAGER MR LEONARDO WHO WAS SENSIBLE- . THE ROOM I WAS ALLOCATED HAD A BROKEN DOOR KNOB , SAME CASE IN THE SECOND ROOM TOO. THE THIRD ROOM WOULDNT LOCK FROM INSIDE AND THE RECEPTIONIST TRIED TELLING ME THAT ITALIAN LAWS DONT ALLOW GUESTS TO LOCK THE ROOM. HE THEN GAVE US 1 NIGHT FREE WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED FOR BOTH DAYS TO COMPENSATE TO WHAT HAPPENED. HOWEVER THAT DOESNT TAKE AWAY THE BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH A HILTON PROPERTY. THE STAFF ENTERED MY ROOM DESPITE IT BEING ON DND, THAT WAS SURPRISING TOO. MENTIONED ALL THIS TO THE MANAGER AND HE WAS APOLOGETIC TILL WE LEFT THE PROPERTY.

Not the best hotel to stay in Florence

Nothing was in place

AC wasn't working for whole night. Told the reception and they were so rudely replied saying will send someone if they finish working downstairs. And waited them until 11 pm and no-one showed up. Really bad experience as mosquitos were biting whole night. Couldn't sleep at all in night.

The premises is in general much lower than what one would expect from a hotel under the name Hilton. The carpets in the corridors was not fitted properly and not too clean

I cannot connect nor use the word like in any way or sentence to this hotel. I empathise with the staff at the front desk who are helpless given the state of the hotel.

The original plan was to stay 2 nights with 2 rooms. 20 minutes after checking in, we checked out as a family. This hotel should be condemned and shut down by the local authorities. It is not fit for the purpose of accommodating booking.com tourists or any humans in our current form. From the top to the bottom of the hotel, the Hilton group should be ashamed of their deteriorated and decayed asset. ** A response to the response posted by the Hilton Hotel. I maintain that the hotel should be shut down. You need only to look at the photographs posted on the inside of the 2 rooms you provided. Nothing maintained, nothing clean nor safe about this operation. The state of the general building, the state of the rooms pose a significant risk to life and limb.
