    We booked this hotel with the facilities of elevator. But their elevator is so ancient that you still need to bring your suitcases like 6 steps up to get to the elevator. And it only fits 3 people. Also, they only accept cash for the travellers tax, no card payment. The room is ok, very small. Looks clean. But don’t use the blanket, my husband got bites using the blanket. Also, some staff don’t speak English, you need translation. The bedroom is not soundproof so you can hear the staff and people talking.

    The room were very small, the bathroom wall plaster is cracked ,the water were only payable, there weren’t slippers

    The location of this hotel is top notch! very close to the station and mercato centrale which is a good hot spot for food and drinks and other attractions. Overall the facility was okay and amenities were very basic.
