Excellent location near the Train station and Mercato Centrale. Large size rooms that were very clean. Refurbished recently. Lovely staff that makes you feel welcome. Luggage storage facility.

Very near train station. Staff friendly, bed and pillow comfortable
Once in hotel lobby our room had 1 flight of stairs which I didn’t like. I specifically was looking for room with elevator but the elevator they have is to get to hotel lobby not to room.

Good location very close to station. Walkable distance from most tourist attractions. Room was clean and spacious. Tough we arrived earlier than check in time the room was ready which was a bonus.
