Excellent location, very spacious room, lots of attention to details. Great host as well.

Everything was great! Especially 3 min walk from the station and 10 min walk to the Duomo.

Comfortable, spacious room with well-needed air conditioning. Felt romantic for our anniversary. Lovely historic building with cute traditional elevator. Having plenty of free snacks and soft drinks in the communal lounge was a lovely touch. Giuseppe, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful; and brought in a handyman the very next day when we discovered a breakage by a previous guest.

Everything was excellent. And near to the station.

The hotel was central to restaurants, and all tourist attractions

The room was comfortable for 2 persons. There were complementary cereals and small snacks to take away.

This is not a hotel, but a private room in a house. We had not realized, and it was mentioned in our booking. There were 2 other rooms around, so it was lille we shared an apartment with other roommates. At least we had a private bathroom inside our room (balcony). The neighborhood was not ideal. The entrance door to the building was constantly open and weird looking people were sitting in the stairs. The landing door of the apartment was broken which made us feel uncomfortable security wise. Even though the place is in a small street there was constant noise throughout the night either by people or by the trash truck. The wooden bed slats were broken on the half side of the bed and they had place a pile of towels to close the hole. We paid 750€ for 5 nights and quality/price did not satisfy us at all. Better look around for something else.
