Room was very nice & had our own little outside garden area. Location was good about 15 minute walk from the railway station. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Easy to walk to all over Florence from accommodation. Breakfast was good.

Felt like you are staying with a local family. Very rustic and Italian. Very personalized and prompt communication. Wonderful restaurant recommendations and assistance.

location was good, breakfast and espresso very nice, shower was good, host was excellent - friendly, receptive, welcoming
room was super small, one chair and bed, large piece of furniture in the corner (armoire) that took up space, no room for opening suitcase, bathroom so small that we kept hitting our legs on the bidet, courtyard outside door not used.
