The place is very nice, the room is comfortable and the location is perfect if you don't like to be permanently surrounded by rowdy tourists but still want to be close, within walking distance, to the main attractions of the city.
The only problem, but an important one, is the lack of transparency regarding the fact that the accommodation has no front desk or staff on site, so all the relationship with the administration will be via WhatsApp. We only found this out the day before our arrival through a message that gave us the instructions to pay the taxes charged by the city to tourists. Regarding the latter, the information explicitly delivered by Booking indicated that the value would be half of what the accommodation finally asked us to pay. We paid, as it was the only way to get the instructions to enter the room, but we asked for some clarification for the discrepancy in the amount (if it was Booking's problem or whose). We received no response. Finally, this meant that we paid an additional 30 euros over and above what Booking reported as the total value of the stay (including city tax).

Clean, easy access with code, nice little balcony, smart TV with connection to apps, good remote communication with staff, mini fridge, next to tram and bus stations, supermarket nearby

Smooth check in process and everything very well explained by owners. When in doubt, we could always send a message to the owners and they would answer our questions. Location is really good and close to the train station and city centre. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Really recommend!

Personal muy amable. Check in on line permite acceder a cualquier hora Muy bien ubicado para el traslado en tranvía T2 al aeropuerto.
Las camas eran muy blandas y para varias noches acabas con dolor de espalda.
Mucho ruido propio del hotel, suenan las cañerías, la nevera, el extractor del baño de forma exagerada. Cuesta dormir.
