Clean, new facilities, very close to tram "statuto" stop. Big bathroom, with good water pressure. Excellent location if you rent a car, there is plenty of parking by the road. Easy to get in the house, instructions were very helpful, there is even a video to show you.

Little bit far from the center, need to grab the tram to save some time otherwise 20 minutes walking. During our stay there was 37C sunny week and it was very hot. There is a small mini bar but you have to pay for everything! Not even a small bottle of water was complimentary. The coffee espresso machine was very dirty and we didnt use it.

Good location, clean and tidy

Our room door lock had issues and the key keep getting stuck multiple times, gave us too much inconvenience. They eventually fixed it but it has caused us a lot of inconvenience

Very clean. Great bed. Great shower pressure. HOT water. TV has many international English speaking stations. Great security. Efficient communication with management. Outside the tourist zone. Light rail to centre close by. Ticket eur 1.7 good for 90 min. anywhere along the network. Tap credit or debit card. Warm central heating. Large soft towels. Quiet although bird noise starts early but if you’re going to be woken by something, I’d prefer this. Good gelato, coffee and arancini nearby.

Safe operates with a key. Would prefer to use the touchpad. Firenze Statuto station is nearby. A closer alternative to F. SMN. BUT suggest that this is not a good option. Unmanned. No information. Graffiti. Save your time and attend SMN where you can buy a ticket with personal assistance.

Clean and pleasant room, modern and well fitted bathroom. Also, very grateful for decent pillows.

It’s a little confusing having to complete the online check in form which asks you for your ID and city tax and then when you arrive in the room, you are asked to leave the city tax in cash in your room when you leave. You are also asked to take a selfie with your ID showing the room that you are staying in when you arrive - and if you don’t do this straight away then there is a €40 fee! I have never heard of this before and it seems excessive, it does put me off staying here again as I wouldn’t want to get fined if I forgot to do this.
