Great property, not too central but easy to walk into the centre, confusing ID confirmation and city tax procedures.

Clean and pleasant room, modern and well fitted bathroom. Also, very grateful for decent pillows.

It’s a little confusing having to complete the online check in form which asks you for your ID and city tax and then when you arrive in the room, you are asked to leave the city tax in cash in your room when you leave. You are also asked to take a selfie with your ID showing the room that you are staying in when you arrive - and if you don’t do this straight away then there is a €40 fee! I have never heard of this before and it seems excessive, it does put me off staying here again as I wouldn’t want to get fined if I forgot to do this.

A great clean stay

Brilliant apartment. Nice big and comfortable which is the main things. Bonus was a nice wised bathroom with a bidet and a jacuzzi waterfall shower. There was also a nice balcony that we did not get to use due to the weather but on summer it would be great. Bus stop is close by and train station is only 10 minutes away. Very quiet area. All directions were accurate as were the code and instructions given before arrival.

The long winded process to register pre-arrival. Needing to take photos of the passport and input all details which I can understand but then also needing to take a selfie with the passport is a bit ridiculous. Also every hotel / aparthotel I have been to provides free water but this one charges with no free bottles provided! For the price you pay for this room surely water bottles should be included. There is also a ridiculous amount of silly rules posted on the wall where they tell you how you should do things on your trip which comes across a bit harsh and has nothing to do with the property.

The fact that you don’t have slippers in the room, at this value you should definetely have them, the bath amenities were very small and the shower gel was already half used, for a 4 nights stay if you don’t come with your own you’ll make a shower only with water. The cleaning was very good but during the stay they don’t do it, only if you request it in particular, i really don’t get it why because when you pay for a guesthouse the price of a 3/4 star hotel maybe you should benefit for this daily services. Also that you are woken up every morning at 6am by the garbage truck, because the garbage bins are right in front of the property. There should be a better soundproofing for the window and the door, because also from the entry hallway you can hear everything.

Supper host , very polite owner and very friendly staff . It is not that far from everything , very quiet and elegant neighborhood. Near from public transportation and city center and most importantly it’s save and convenient for family with different ages range . I have notice also that it is available to have more than a room in the same place if anyone need it . Definitely it will be one of the most important option in my next visit .

Beautiful guesthouse in a great location.

The guesthouse is in a great location within walking distance of the train station and the main attractions in Florence. The room was beautiful and there is a very clever way to safely leave your luggage after check-out for collection later in the day.

The room was immaculate, the appliance were all updated, it was extremely clean, and the whole experience was flawless.

Andrea was very helpful and communicative about the check in process. The room was beautiful, it had a patio, great accommodations, and was very clean. It felt like we had our own place in the city.

It’s about a 15-20min walk to the main attractions, but we enjoyed walking and exploring the beautiful city. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about in terms of the property.
