Great place to stay for tourists visiting Florence.

Location is great for sightseeing, tram line is nearby but also 20 minute walk from city centre. There is also private parking available, which is a great thing if you are planning on coming with car. Breakfast is also available for 10€. It's also outside of ZTL zone so you don't have to worry about that if you are coming by car.

Cozy and comfortable and great location

The B&B has very cozy decor and homey. The room gives sense of warmth. The Staff, Odette is super friendly and helpful is providing information about the area. It is a quite neighborhood and conveniently located. close 5 minutes walk to tram and about 25 minutes to the center. Car parking availability was definitely a plus for us

Lovely room a short walk into Florence in a safe and convenient area.

Our room was in the annex which could have been a converted garage. But no problem with that as the inside was clean, comfortable and cozy. We were offered breakfast for 10 euros per person which we did one morning. It was served in the main building and was very nice. The location was good, maybe a 20 minute walk into Florence. There was a tram around the corner which we didn't need to use. It was great to have parking on the premises. I would recommend this property.

Charming property, great location and wonderful host!

This property was wonderful! The location is close to a stop on the tram, which made it very easy to get to. The Host was amazing. So kind and helpful! Loved the breakfast in the morning. It does cost extra so keep that in mind, but it was so much easier than going into the city to find food. The instructions to check in and out were super easy. You do have the option to leave your bags with the host after check out if you want to explore the city more. The room is quiet, clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well! The view from the room was beautiful with a small little deck. We LOVED everything about this property. So charming! We would come here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great location away from hustle and bustle of the City

Good location, just a few minutes walk from the tram into the city and also near a great pasticceria. Beautiful building which has been restored and modernised. Parking area is useful although see below.

Room was quite small and the bathroom and shower were tiny. Although the parking was useful be aware there is no system in place to ensure everyone can get out when they want. We were nearly blocked in on a day that we wanted to use the car.

Excellent location. Tram is hardly 2 minutes walk. Free and safe car parking. Bed was comfortable. Ensuite bathroom But the washroom was very small. Standing Shower is very tight. I am 5 feet 9 inches male with normal body & still I found it uncomfortable to use the shower. Overall, no complaints with place. Shower is also manageable but it would have been 10/10 stay if shower was little bigger. Host was very responsive and helpful. Sometimes it feels like host is rude, but she’s not. I think she seems rude because of language barrier. Check-in and checkout was also very convenient . Room was very clean and good size bed . Great value for the money Highly recommended .

Comfortable- good spot if you need a car space

There’s a great Japanese restaurant 5 min walk and tram was so close and easy to use so The location was amazing. The variety for breakfast was great but don’t ask for an early breakfast. Apparently before 8 is too early

The bathroom was very small, it didn’t have enough space for toiletries if you’re looking to stay several days and shower cubicle was small with a narrow space to enter which would be difficult if you’re a above average. They prefer breakfast paid in cash which wasn’t listed on the website and only advised when we checked out.

Hidden Gem, will definitely be back!

Little gem which is only a short walk away from the centre of Florence, we did our entire journey on foot and visited everything the city had to offer! Room was spotless, we had our own parking space in front of the room and the facilities were perfect! Host was very friendly to us and made sure we had everything we needed, even being polite when we were unable to open the gate after clear instructions 🤣

Memorable vacation

Beautiful villa, very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle which was only 15-20 minutes walk away, have free parking, manager was very helpful and accommodating. The only shortcoming is that shower was a tad small, both of us kept bumping at the knobs.

Subdued luxury and convenient location

It is a very nice and stylish place in a location which is only a short 15 or 20 minute walk to the historic centre. Everything was super clean and comfortable.

The shower was really very small, such that it was hard to turn around without bumping into the glass walls. The air conditioner was a bit weak, but we arrived during a heat wave, so I understand that it is not normal to need such cooling capacity. We had to really go on a search through the house to find glasses for water, there were none in the room.

The room and property were impeccably clean and very comfortable. Parking behind the private gate was perfect for leaving our car worry free while we explored Florence on foot. Our host was lovely and extremely helpful and responsive. We were able to request gluten-free options for breakfast as well.

We stayed in the off season so there were only a few guests - for this reason there were fewer breakfast options than we've had in the past at Villino.
