The property is 4 blocks away from the team station, which is great. Also, the property is exactly as it is advertised. The self check in/out was very convenient.

When we arrived, there was still some trash from the previous guest in the table, which made us doubt about the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom was clean, though. It was very cold at night and there were no extra blankets in the closet.

The property is situated in a good spot. It is not close to the centre but it’s peaceful. The room is clean and big enough for one person or couples. The owner is helpful been there if you have any requires. He recommended me a great restaurant nearby as close as 5 minutes walking. Great pasta and affordable prices. As well the neighbours are nice too! You got the tram at 7mins walking and its getting you right in the centre in 25 mins. Next to the property you have a nice cocktail bar with nice Aperol Spritz for a good price! (Always happy hour). I enjoyed my stay!😇

The location is excellent – it's very easy to get to the accommodation from the Villa Costanza bus station. You only need one public transport ride and then a short 14-minute walk to reach the place. One of the highlights is the outdoor terrace behind the building, which is perfect for smokers. You don’t need to leave the building to enjoy a cigarette – just step out onto the terrace and relax. Would definitely recommend!

The only downside is that there’s no kettle, which would have been great for quickly making coffee in the morning.

The premises were clean, bathroom and room were recently renovated and clean. The room and neighbourhood were quiet with some restaurants and cafés nearby. The access was relatively easy, and it was easy to communicate with the staff.

There was nobody to talk to in person. The"hotel" is in a basement and that it's not clear from the information provided. The toiletries were bare basic. During the night the temperature dropped significantly, there was no comforter or blankets to cover myself, there were only bedsheets and very light bedcover, the thickness of a bedsheet, I was freezing in bed so I woke up at 4:30 AM trembling, I put all my cloths on to recover some body temperature. The coffee machine wasn't working, there was a kettle but not tea available. So, at 6:30 I went to find a café to have breakfast and to warm myself up. I recommend the management to put comforters in each room even in the summer. Also, they could by a Nespresso machine for less than 100€ and put in the kitchen, even though passengers are not allowed to use...
