Chambre très propre, le personnel est très gentil, le cadre est calme. On peut trouver dans la chambre un kit d’accueil complet et très agréable. On a à disposition un réfrigérateur, une cafetière et une fontaine à eau fraîche disponible dans les locaux communs, c’est parfait ! Et salle de bain privative très propre également !

​Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per due notti e non potremmo essere più soddisfatte. ​La struttura è in un'ottima posizione e, contrariamente a quanto letto in alcune recensioni, è davvero facilissima da trovare: il numero civico è in bella vista, la targa con il nome del B&B è ben visibile e c'è l'indicazione chiara del piano. ​La stanza era semplicemente perfetta: pulita, ordinata, profumata e dotata di un'aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Anche il bagno era impeccabile, pulitissimo e attrezzato con tutto il necessario. ​Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i piccoli dettagli, come l'occorrente per la colazione in camera, e soprattutto la fantastica possibilità di rifornirsi continuamente di acqua fresca — un servizio davvero essenziale e super apprezzato visto il caldo! ​Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia visitare Firenze in totale comodità e relax. Torneremo sicuramente!

The directions given to the property were seamless, and we were welcomed with a lovely clean room. The location is excellent and the host was incredibly helpful in every way.

The staff was very nice. Helped me call a taxi and helped me carry my lugguage from the 3rd floor to the street level. However, the entrance was not marked. They should put their hotle name there.

Hotel name was nowhere to be found from the street. WIFI PW is not obvious. I had to ask another guest for that. The door key was not clearly marked for how to use it. Note would help.
