Great location - under 10 minutes to the main sites. All of the staff were super helpful and welcoming. The room was elegant, clean and felt authentic. The air con was a total blessing in the heatwave and the hotel provided cold filtered water on tap. Loved the little parting gift 💜
Only comment would be there was no safe provided this would have been a welcomed feature.

Great location for exploring Florence. Lovely staff managing the front of house. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

It was just excellent. Anytime I’m in Florence I’d stay here
The only drawback which is not something the hotel can control is that there are no elevators but that is the case with many buildings in Italy. So if you have really heavy luggage you might want to skip it, thought we had suitcases weighing 30 kgs and we managed ok :)
