    The best thing about this place is their location. 10 minutes, if that to the station and the duomo. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. They very kindly let me leave my luggage on early arrival and on day of check out before my train. I can't speak for all rooms of course but the sound proofing was awful. You could hear the comings and going of all those around you and loud children. The bathroom was tiny and only had a curtain across the shower but as it wasn't contained it became a wet room meaning you can't use your bathroom without getting wet feet. I don't understand a why a screen hasn't been installed. No kettle is provided in the room, when I asked they said they didn't have one. Perhaps not a requirement for this level of hotel. It's clean, basic, dated, fairly comfortable and in a good location. For a few days of sightseeing out all day only returning after dinner it did the job but wouldn't recommend if you wanted to spend any time in your room, at least not the room I was in.

    Nice hotel, great bfast experience. Large room. Friendly staff. Only problem is no lift. You have to bring your luggage on stairs.

    Staff were very friendly, location was superb. However this is not the standard of the room that I expected. The room was small, and the bathroom is very tight, hubby is big and tall so he couldn't go in comfortably. The room has weird smell. The hotel has no lifts. We went to stay at another hotel.
