Ciasny prysznic, za głośna klimatyzacja żeby można było spać, a przy otwartym oknie bez siatki na owady mnóstwo komarów wlatywało do środka, obsługa doliczyła nam dodatkową opłatę za late - check-in, mimo, że nikogo nie było na miejscu, a do obiektu i tak wchodzi się samemu, wysłane instrukcje do check-inu były błędne

Style of the room, very comfortable beds, hot shower with toiletries, villa withe garden in a peaceful area but close to attractions. The Staff provided a fantastic service and were very helpful.

The room was quite dark at night; the bedside lamps provided very little light.

The apartment had a fridge (separate compartments in the fridge for different apartments). Also the location was alright, there was street parking nearby.

The apartment had an air freshener upon arrival, but the floors had a distinct smell of feet suggesting they hadn’t been properly deep cleaned. The door used a blank key and could easily be opened with a simple bent wire. Hot water was only available on the first afternoon, gone by the evening and for the rest of the stay, making showers uncomfortable even in the Florence summer heat. When we contacted the owner about these issues, she was dismissive and questioned whether the apartment was actually unclean, implying no previous guest had complained. A follow-up message about the hot water received no reply. Not the worst place I’ve stayed, but the cleanliness, security, lack of hot water, and poor owner communication mean I would not return or recommend it.
