Having an elevator was a great plus
Lights in the stairs didn’t work. We had to use the flashlight on our phone to open the door.

Good location and easy to access with information provided beforehand
Very noisy outside traffic. Double bed was made up of two mattresses so very uncomfortable coz of gap in the middle

Location: out if the main flow yet 5/7mns walk to Mercato centrale. Also if you're travelling by car, the parking Fortezza Fiera is a 10mn walk but only 20€/24hr, and out of the ZTL zone.
Our room (#3) was very big ( ceiling about 4m high!), had its own refrigerator and table with 3 chairs on top of that there is a small shared kitchen you can cook in, so great if you're traveling in economy mode.
Great bakery/bar right around the corner also, and many restaurant options walking in the direction of the Mercato and train station.
On arrival the first time you'll have to walk up the 2 floors by foot, you get the key for the - tiny - elevator once you've checked in. If a party of several people with heavy gear, better to have one person check-in and bring down the key! Very nice maid helps for check-in itself.
Whole place is clean but not super maintained, but ok for price.

The location was good. Our room had a private bathroom.
The room seemed old and rundown. It was very noisy, you could hear everything from outside and from other people on the hallway or in the communal kitchen. I didnt see any smoke detectors anywhere, not in our room or the communal area, so I worry about safety.
