Maria was very nice and welcoming, she waited us when we arrived late and shared with us a lot of good recommendations around in Florence. She even provided us room cleaning which is very rare for B&B. Definitely loved the water refilling machine. Had a very pleasant stay!

The room was spacious and clean. The view of the city from the rooftop is fantastic. It's in a great location, only 10 min away from the station.

Great location with a super helpful manager. There is an elevator making it easier for taking luggage up and down. It is close to public transport and a lot of eateries nearby. There is a water filtration system in the lobby making it very convenient along with coffee machines for an early morning coffee.
The apartment is very dated with a lot of fixtures not working. It is due for renovation and needs new mattresses as the current ones are very uncomfortable. There is an AC which works but isnt too strong.
