Small and cozy. Great people are running the place. It's a small hotel near the central station, away from the craziness of the city center, however in waking distance from it, if you feel like it. Plenty of buses and trams nearby if you want to commute instead. Clean room, simple continental breakfast but you will find everything you need for extra 10 euros. Worth it, considering the prices at cafes in the city. Two floors, 7 rooms on the 1st and another 7 I suppose on the 2nd. A nice inside courtyard for breakfast in the morning or a nice evening drink, if you want. Helpful staff, always there for you, helpful and quick. Reception operates until 20.30, but there's always option to contact them in case you need them. The price was a little bit higher than I expected, but at the average price range for Florence. Recommended hotel, have no doubt.

Loved the stay. Didn’t try the food but very comfortable stay. It had a balcony too. For a couple it’s more than enough. Recommend people to log out from TVs while you sign in to the YT channel 😜😜 Enjoy your stay guys!

The hotel is located at a residential area which is away from the crowded centre. The room is cozy though abit small, especially if you have more than one suitcase to keep. The hotel offers basic continental breakfast, and it worths to mention that the croissant was very tasty!
