The staff at this place were beyond excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. The accommodations are in a quiet area only a short walk from restaurants and groceries. There is no elevator in the building.

The hotel is small but very nice. It is clean and quiet. The rooms are not new but are well maintained. The operating lady is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is simple: bread, croissants, jam and honey, yogurt, cookies, coffee, tea, orange juice and more. There are no eggs and no vegetables, but it was diverted enough for us. The hotel is well located- around 10 minutes of walking from the center train station, and less then 10 minutes to galleria dell’accademia. (Note that in these hot days we preferred taking the tram when arriving from the train station , which reduced the walking time with our suitcases). We enjoyed our stay very much!
