We absolutely LOVED our stay. Everyone was welcoming and attended to our every need. Beautiful garden/courtyard. Expansive breakfast buffet. Delicious food for all 3 meals and desserts. Easy to walk everywhere. Safe area with easy transportation options. Access to shopping and restaurants as well as sightseeing tours. Small but very adequate gym with beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and spa services. Will be back!!

Great hotel with very nice staff, Camille was wonderful and made our stay special, she was great!
The spa was very good and relaxing after a long day exploring Florence. The restaurant food was quite good, we had diner and breakfast.

A gem in the City. 5* in every respect - beautiful garden, Spa, food and service. Close to walk into the centre - we stayed including dinner and now need to diet!
Camilla and Raluca were fine dining professionals.
