HR is a very neat boutique hotel in a really good location close to the central market of Florence and also close to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly!
We had a room facing the street and on Saturday night we could hear all the noise coming from the street.

The location was good and some of the staff was really nice. The bed was comfortable.
There was a smart tv in the rooms, but it didn’t work as such, it had the netflix and all on the remote but then it didn’t connect to the internet. I called the reception to tell them and the person that was there at the time seemed kind of bothered by the question and just told me that it wasn’t supposed to work 🤷♀️
Breakfast was also not good, there wasn’t even fresh fruit.
The bathroom needed some renovations
