the decor was nice. the place is very central, and florence is very walkable. the view from the terrace was really nice, the view for duomo from the terrace was excellent.
could have been better if they fix the wooden door which has cracks, that allow sound to penetrate a bit, but does not hinder privacy.

Location is prime!
The apartment was not so easy to facilitate
Specifically the bathroom was not small but the shower was and you had to go up a flight of stairs which is difficult in the middle of the night! The bedroom was quite small for two people you had to exit the bed for the bottom in the middle of the night in order not to bother anyone..

Location right in the city centre.
Quiet building.
The view from the suite was amazing, even though the window was small. The look of the Duomo was amazing. Also from the shared teracce!
Smell of sewer inside the building. But not in the suites!

This stay was a huge disappointment and nothing like what’s shown in the photos. After arriving and comparing the apartment to the listing, it became clear that the pictures are deliberately misleading, taken at extreme angles to make the space look far larger than it actually is.
The apartment is dark and depressing, with little to no natural light. The bedroom is extremely small (approximately 2 × 3 meters) and has no window to the outside world at all—only an internal window—making it feel more like a cell than a bedroom.
The bathroom is another disaster. The shower is so small it feels kid-sized and is completely impractical for an adult.
Housekeeping is non-existent. Even for stays of five days, there is no cleaning, no refresh—nothing. And somehow it gets worse: if you ask for additional towels after a few days, you’re charged extra for them. Yes, paid towels. Paying extra for clean towels after several days is not just unreasonable, it’s honestly unbelievable.
Overall, this property bears little resemblance to what is advertised online. Between the misleading photos, lack of basic services, and nickel-and-diming for essentials, this place is impossible to recommend.
