I would not recommend this property. Our stay here was unpleasant and uncomfortable. When we first walked in, we were impressed by the renovation of the property. Everything *looks* great, but that’s where it stops. We checked in to our room at around 3pm on a Tuesday, and our host (who was very nice) showed us our initial room. It looked beautiful with a recent renovation. However, the functionality of the space was terrible.
Our main issue was the hot water in the apartment, which was didn’t even last for 2 back to back showers. You’d be taking a nice warm shower (it was in December) and out of nowhere you’d have freezing cold water hit your body. I notified the host and they had a tech try to fix it (they blamed it on the hot water heater), but we still had the same issue.
There were also barely any mirrors in the room which was annoying. Something we could live without if the rest of the room was good, but it wasn’t.
They then moved us to another apartment because of the hot water issue, which was a bigger unit. We saw it and said sure, but upon moving our stuff in we noticed a stench in the apartment that smelled like a combination of raw sewage and marijuana. The host blamed this on the city, and although we are aware the city does have a smell that comes up from the drains this was 100% an issue with the room. I would open the windows to stick my head outside to get a smell of the city air, which was 1000x better than the room. We have since arrived home and all of our clothing and luggage smells of this nasty sewage smell. Both of us came home very ill, which was a nightmare.
Not to mention, this apartment they moved us in had the same issue with the hot water. I went and checked out the hot water heater which was a brand new Ariston unit and it clearly had a timer on it. I adjusted the timer and it appeared to change back after i did. I wonder if they thought I was some naive tourist that didn’t know that it’s a wifi controlled water heater.

An excellent weekend in Florence
Excellent place. Location perfect for shops and main areas. Really cool road too with supermarket next door plus some great coffee places and restaurants. The rooms were excellent too.

It was a great location. Orsi was a wonderful host who offered us restaurant suggestions and advice. She was very warm and friendly. The apartment is beautiful.
My niece hit her head on the beams upstairs because the ceilings are low. It would be great if there was a 2nd bathroom upstairs. The spiral staircase doesn't have a handrail so not good for older people.

Comfortable, clean and excellent communication.
Very spacious, clean and right in the centre around 100 metres from the duomo. Everything we wanted to visit was no more then 15 mins walk.
The heating was probably one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. A lot of properties have timers which usually means you return to a cold property, here was not the case it was able to be left on meaning you could return to a nice warm home.
The bed was super comfy.
For people staying here. Avoid the coffee shop under the apartment. It’s a rip off 4 euro for an espresso and it’s not good at all. We found walking to the centre you would pay an average of 1.30 euro for an espresso which is more sensible. But this has no reflection on the property.

The location was very convenient and very close to attractions and next to it has nice restaurants close to it. It’s also clean, maintained, modernized vibe. It’s what I am looking for.
There’s no place to store luggage securely after check out. A little noisy at night from drunk people.

we stayed at the property for about one week, you have to self maintaining the property during this time, they have only a couple of days of supply of coffee, bin bags, washing tablets. no one will change your duvet covers, make your bed, change your towels. At the end of this stay, you’re also need to clean all the rubbish, basically clean the flat by yourself before you leave. in addition, the window is quite high, feel a bit isolated from the city

The entire block is brand new! This luxury apartment is done up really nicely. It has all the expected facilities, plus it's super central. The host is great.

Highly recommended, upscale new property in a central location
I am very suspicious of properties that are not yet well-reviewed by hundreds of people, but I am so glad we took a chance on this one! Phenomenal apartment with an upscale feel. It was recently renovated. Ours also had a washing machine, which was super helpful. Location itself is prime, close to many meeting points for scheduled tours. Air conditioning is effective. Highly recommended for location and value.

Prachtige appartement op toplocatie!
Prachtig nieuw, ruim appartement. Heel schoon. Goeie badkamer, keuken en prima bed. De locatie is werkelijk geweldig, je loopt zo tegen de Duomo aan maar het is er toch heerlijk rustig. De communicatie ging prima, een heel vriendelijke host. In de straat ook diverse lekkere restaurants.
In de keuken missen nog wel bakjes/soepkommen. Naast het bed helaas geen stopcontact om oplader of zoiets te kunnen gebruiken.

L’appartamento era davvero molto bello, accogliente e fornito di tutto come da descrizione. Il divano letto è stato una rivelazione, davvero comodissimo e con un vero materasso in memory. La posizione dell’appartamento era ottima a due passi dal duomo ma senza troppa confusione. Sono stati tutti gentilissimi da Giacomo che ci ha accolto fino ai signori delle pulizie che abbiamo incontrato a fine soggiorno.

İkinci gece elektrik kesintisi yaşandı sorunu çözecek kimse yoktu tüm gece elektrik yoktu ve klima çalışmadı. Sıcak nedeniyle uyku sorunu yaşadık.
