Great location. A bit hard to find at first but the local marketeers were helpful.
Was a little noisy, with the markets right below, but it was always interesting looking out the windows!

Abandonado de mantenimiento. Paredes con parches de pintura … luces fundidas. Bastante oscuro en general h especialmente los baños. Tampico demasiado limpio. El edificio muy deteriorado
