O prédio é extremamente velho e fica em uma rua onde acontece uma feira, então logo cedo já há muito barulho. O apartamento não tem nada a ver com as fotos: é antigo, escuro e com aspecto de mal cuidado. Sinceramente, foi um dos piores lugares em que já fiquei na vida. A única parte positiva é a localização, que fica perto de praticamente todos os pontos turísticos tirando isso, nada agradou.
Os móveis eram velhos e alguns até tinham fitas grudadas, passando uma sensação de descuido. As camas eram ruins, a iluminação péssima e o apartamento extremamente escuro. O banheiro, pintado de preto, era desconfortável e sem vedação adequada, fazendo com que tudo molhasse ao tomar banho. Além disso, a rua onde fica o apartamento é suja, com uma feira cheia de barracas e muito barulho logo cedo.
