The apartment was nice and very clean, air-conditioning was cool enough, the front dest staff were amazing and very friendly, they gave us great recommendations for restaurants and cafe's, also they were very quick to respond via WhatsApp to every thing we asked, they were very generous with refilling coffee pods and water bottles in the room.
the only little downside to the property is that the entrance is in a small alley which sometimes in the evening would have trash from next door shops which made it smell a bit, but again very little downside, I would stay here again.

Quarto excelente.. muito confortável e silencioso! Localização espetacular. E funcionárias simpáticas, educadas e prestativas.. (destoando da maioria dos funcionários de hotéis e restaurantes que estivemos na Itália que eram impacientes, ignorantes e mal educados).
A única coisa que pontuaria aqui (e que não tem culpa direta da acomodação) foi o fato da pequena rua em que fica o hotel estar sempre suja e isso (além de se inconveniente) dá à acomodação uma aparência menos atraente.
