The view from the terrace is incredible! It is in a great location. There is a lift that fits 2-3 people. It was clean and comfortable.
There was only 1 key for the outside door. The 2nd bathroom is on the small side but nothing we couldn’t make work. The view from the terrace made up for anything negative.

Great location, comfortable beds, beautiful view of city from terrace, lots of great books about Florence, full kitchen, and washing machine. Unit is on third floor but building has an elevator. Very clean 2-bedroom apartment with two sets of keys, which came in handy. Nice basket full of treats including a bottle of wine.
Getting the keys out of the lockbox was a little tricky because we got the wrong code originally.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Florence. Very comfortable and luxury equipped. Perfect for the big families. Still fresh and soon renovated

Very central location
Great private rooftop
We got robbed on the first evening. Thieves went through all our luggage, not much taken as they must have been looking for jewellery or money but we felt uncomfortable to stay further nights as seems they had access to keys or picked the lock. Manager suggested we move to hotel as safer given crime in florence. Management were helpful and allowed us to to leave early and refunded nights not used. Our main concerns were security- front door to building wide open when we arrived. Another issue was there was only one set of keys as one was lost previously
