Loved Florence but not the apartment

Location, location!!! Friendly owner.

Very expensive for an apartment that is in desperate need of renovation which is apparently about to happen. Showers were absolutely terrible.

Una experiencia fantástica en Florencia con una fantástica estancia.

El apartamento muy bonito, amplio, muy cómodo y con todas las instalaciones en perfectas condiciones (aire, calefacción, baños amplios). Ubicación perfecta, céntrica y muy privilegiada.

El ascensor estaba dañado y hubo que subir las escaleras con maletas. Sin embargo el dueño muy amablemente nos ayudó a subir las maletas.

La posizione e la persona che ci ha accolto molto cordiale e disponibile

L'appartamento assegnato non rispecchiava x nulla le foto su booking. La persona che ci ha accolto ci ha fatto notare che l'errore era di booking che ha messo sull' alloggio maccheroni le foto degli altri appartamenti che sono ristrutturati mentre questo non lo era ancora. Le pareti erano macchiate, sporche e scrostate (probabilmente non imbiancate da tempo), arredi rovinati, faretti alcuni non funzionanti, una delle camere aveva finestra che dava su un condizionatore e verso altra palazzina distante circa 2 metri x cui bisognava tenere gli scuri chiusi, bagno senza nemmeno il porta rotolo (abbiamo dovuto metterlo sul bidoncino dell'immondizia x averlo a portata di mano). Alcune coperte di riserva non erano pulite. Anche le pulizie non erano state fatte benissimo, nonostante era stato lavato il pavimento abbiamo trovato in terra capelli e pelucchi.

- 위치는 극강. 부인할 수 없는 이 숙소만의 강점. 아침에 일어나 창밖에 피렌체 두오모+종탑을 볼 수 있는 기회는 이 숙소에서만 경험 가능한 듯. - 숙소는 전반적으로 깔끔했고, 침실별로 개인 화장실이 딸려있어서 좋았음.

- 큰 침실쪽 화장실 손잡이가 고장나서 어머니가 30분간 화장실 안에 감금되심. 당시 나는 작은 침실 화장실에서 전동칫솔로 양치하고 있었는데, 어머니가 소리지르며 문을 두드리시는 소리를 못 들음. 거실에 나와서야 문 두드리는 소리를 듣고 가보니, 손잡이가 떨어져 있었고, 그걸 들어 끼우니 비로소 문이 열림. 어머니는 샤워를 마치셨음에도 땀 범벅이 되어계셨음. 매우 유감스러운 경험이었고, 경우에 따라 큰 사고로 번질 수 있는 문제이므로 손잡이 수리는 매우 시급. - 큰 침실이 취침 시간대에 바깥 소음이 좀 있는 편. 새벽에도 광장 먼지청소차가 활동하는데, 잠귀가 예민하면 숙면에 방해가 될 수 있음. - 호스트 대응이 유감스러웠음. 작은 침실 화장실 욕조 마개가 고장이 나(시험삼아 닫았는데 다시 열리지 않음) 호스트에게 문의했으나, 처음에는 (부엌)칼로 마개를 열어보라고 하다가, 결국 본인이 직접 확인해보겠다고 하고 오지 않음. 집주인은 1층 식당도 같이 운영하는데, 바빠서 그런지, 아니면 비교적 숙소업을 시작한지 얼마 안되어서 그런지 몰라도, 게스트 요청에 잘 응대하는 편은 아니었음. 사람 자체는 좋아보이고, 1층 식당에서 식사할 때 특별할인까지 해주는 등 신경을 써주는 모습을 보여줌. 처음 체크인할 때도, 아파트형 숙소는 보통은 도착 1일 전에 미리 메시지로 주소와 찾아오는 방법, 비번 등을 알려주는데, 그게 없어서 현장에서 좀 헤맴. 부킹닷컴이나 숙소측 왓츠앱 연락처로 연락해도, 호스트에게 물어보라며 회피하는 모습을 보임.(호스트 개인 전번은 받긴 했으나) 현지 유심칩이 없었더라면 더 장시간 해맸을 것. 호스트가 좀더 적극적으로 손님에게 관심을 갖고 응대, 조치해준다면 이보다 더 좋은 숙소는 없을 듯 함. - 전기주전자가 없었음. 호스트에게 요청했으나 못 받음. 결국 냄비에 물 끓여먹었는데, 2성급 시골 호텔에도 있는 주전자가 없어서 황당했음. - 엘리베이터가 하필 숙박기간 내내 고장이어서 3층까지 계속 걸어올라가야 했는데, 계단이 좀 가파른 편

Bellini , second 플로어. 엘베 3인가능. 모든 방, 거실 등 4개의 창에서 두오모 돔을 볼수 있어요! 위치 깡패. 가족숙소로 추천요.욕조, 전자렌지, 에어컨 있어요.

1. 난방은 입실할때 확실히 알려주는게 좋을거 같고, 주소로만 찾는거 보다는 쿠폴라 식당 이름 알려주는게 더 빠를거 같아요!

Sul sito non è stato chiaro che io non ho prenotato un appartamento con una terrazza, così siamo rimasti un po' deludenti. Pero Mirko ha fatto ammenda con la sua gentilezza, e siamo andati via tutti felici.

Todo fue perfecto , su ubicacion inmejorable, excelente anfitrión muy atento con todo lo que se necesitaba, el lugar limpio , amplio con todo lo necesario. Volvería a quedarme aqui sin dudarlo
