Borghese Palace Luxury Apartment

On arrival in Florence, the other apartment we had booked had no power, so we were quickly required to find an alterative for 4 women, with separate rooms. We found this apartment and to be honest, it was one of our best accommodations on our whole Italian trip. We had a cheeky wine, whilst we waited for Mattia to arrive greet us. He was outstanding with his intro and walk around of the apartment, and funny and kind too. The apartment instantly made us forget the past 2 hours of angst. It is true luxury. 3 separate bedrooms and an upstairs loft with balcony and sofabed (which I found very confortable for the 3 nights). I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. It was tastefully decorated with eclectic artwork, well-equipped, and well-located, a few steps from the Duomo and in Central Florence. Perfect for 4 women. I work as a travel wholesaler and highly recommend.

The spiral stairs need a handrail. A couple of us found them challenging, especially as they are white and blend in with the landing below.

The apartment was beautiful, had a great location, very clean, and Matt and Valeria were excellent hosts !!

Nothing we didn’t like !

Fantastic apartment, beautifully designed and decorated. It was spotless clean, with separate AC in each room to suit everyone. Fabulous showers and big comfortable beds. The outdoor balcony area is private and peaceful.

Nothing not to like.

The apartment was perfect, we had our adult three kids and partners staying together. There was so much space and private/clean bathrooms. The location was perfect, so central. The kitchen seemed well equipped but we didn’t really use it - we were in Italy after all, enjoying the local restaurants. Unfortunately we were there during obscene hot weather so we could not use the outdoor space which would have been such a bonus in florence. I was surprised how successfully the air conditioning managed in the 39 deg days, obviously an excellent system. Couldn’t have found a better place. Thanks
