It has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths and a full kitchen with microwave and cappuccino maker. It can sleep up to 10 people. The most amazing view of Florence from the rooftop terrace! The apartment was spacious (4 couples), very clean, was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very close to the Ponte Vecchio, lots of great sights, shopping and restaurants!Check in was simple, Nina met us and explained everything, even checked on us during our stay.I would absolutely stay here again!One note, the building does not have an elevator.

I can't imagine a better view of Florence. It's mind-blowing! Combine that with a beautiful, spacious, well-appointed apartment and a gracious host, and it makes for a magical stay. The steps gave us pause when considering our options, but I'm so glad we didn't let that stop us. They are short flights and our group, age 29-63, managed without issue. 100% worth it for that view!

We had a wonderful visit in Rome and loved staying at this apartment. The location is perfect for walking to many landmark sites. We ate at several of the restaurants in the neighborhood and enjoyed them all.

We loved the fantastic view of Firenze from the top patio. It was really special. That view comes with a cost (ie: climbing uphill and then 56 steps up to the 4th floor). But we quickly got used to it and considered it as the exercise we needed to work off some of the great food that we ate. This apartment is so close to all major downtown attractions and great restaurants. We would stay here again if we make it back to Firenze.

This is a one of a kind stay. The view is amazing, second to none. We were there is August and the air conditioning was fantastic and so cool. You will not get hot at this property. The property manager, Nina, is terrific. She met us at the home and was in contact with us all throughout our trip. She is a gem! Whenever we come back to Florence, this will be the only place we will stay. LOVE IT!

Fantastic! Lovely apartment in a great location in Florence. Home is very well stocked and comfortable. Super clean with plenty of towels. Kitchen has all the necessities. Bajram was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful upon arrival as well. Definitely recommend staying here while in Florence!

The minute you walk into this apartment, you’ll not believe the breathtaking views. You will basically see all of Florence without any obstructions. There are four distinct outdoor spaces that offer these views.We had a family of ten staying here, and we were all incredibly comfortable. There are many different spaces, with ample room for gathering together. The appliances are top-notch, including what appears to be a fairly new (and top-of-line) washer and dryer. The bathrooms appear recently renovated.The walk up the hill to get to the apartment (in order to have these amazing views) can be a little hard after a long day of sight-seeing, but everyone in our group, including children and grandmother, were fine. The apartment is on the quieter side of the Arno, which is a nice change from the traffic and noise of a busy city. There is also a very good (and quite large by Florence standards) grocery store just a five minute walk away.The only downside to the apartment is that it is so wonderful, you actually don’t want to leave to explore the city!Special thanks to Nina, who was fantastic to work with - so communicative and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as it was.

Nina our host was so delightful and very helpful. Her Communication was always prompt. She provided contact details for wine tours, restaurants, supermarkets and gelato places. She also organised our taxis to the airport. Order these the day before in Florence as they can be hard to get on the day. The penthouse has awesome views of Florence. Especially good for sunset drinks. There is plenty of room to spread out. There is a hill to walk up from the main part of town and several flights of stairs without a lift. So not ideal for elderly people or people with medical conditions. The apartment says it’s recently renovated which refers to the bathrooms. Good central location.

We had an amazing stay. Our daughter got married in Florence and we stayed at Max‘s house. Nina was super accommodating and checked in with us regularly. The house was very comfortable and spacious and met our every need. The hell is steep and there are a lot of stairs, but we welcomed it as the view was so worth it and we needed to work off some of the amazing food we ate!!Very close to everything!!

The place is on top of a hill and 5 flights of stairs. However with the chair lift we did it with two 70 people and two babies. The view and the apartment and its decks are beautiful. Great location - the bottom of the hill has everything you could ask for! Would stay again :)

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just steps away from the iconic Ponte Vecchio, this gem offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The panoramic views of Florence from the terrace were absolutely mesmerizing, providing a front-row seat to the city’s stunning skyline, including the Duomo and the Arno River. Inside, the apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated, and filled with natural light, making it feel like a home away from home. We loved the serenity of the location, yet everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away. Whether enjoying morning coffee with a view or sipping wine as the sun set, this penthouse made our Florence experience truly magical. Highly recommend!

This home was exactly as described. Home manager met us showed us around the home. She checked in with us several times, making sure we were comfortable and happy. She also warned us of a transportation strike so that we could pre-book our taxi to the train station. I highly recommend this property. You do need to be quick fit to hike up the fairly steep street and stairs to the penthouse but the view is totally worth it!

Terrific property well located adjacent to Ponte Vecchio, and Boboli Gardens. Just as described with terrific views. The views require a daily or sometimes two or three times daily a good walk, and the residence is on the fourth floor without an elevator, so if walking and stair climbing are an issue, you may Walt to consider these challenges. Otherwise, everything was quite good!!!

We had 10 in our party from 11 months to 74 years. The apartment was spacious and accommodated all of us easily. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it, eating in several times to take advantage of the beautiful patio views. That apartment is close to city attractions. But best of all was the excellent communication and assistance of our hostess, Nina. She was awesome.

My wife and I, along with our grown children, spent eight days together in this spectacular home in the hills just above the Arno River. The four bedrooms were spacious and the remaining living area accommodated our family with ease. The first impression is the outstanding 180 degree view of Florence, featuring IL Duomo, when you walk in the door. We were a couple of minutes from a Canad grocery store, which had everything you need, several bakeries, and restaurants on our way to the Ponte Vecchio. Florence is very walkable from this wonderful property. It made our second visit to Florence very special. The property is located in a quaint yet busseling area of Florence. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Nina, the host was truly amazing. She was knowledgeable about Florence, caring, and helped make our stay memorable. Nina is a rockstar host.

This apartment was beyond our expectations. From the moment we walked in the front door and saw the views we were in love! We were in a perfect location to walk to the grocery store and wonderful restaurants, shopping and everything we needed. But honestly, sitting on the larger terrace with wine and looking out over the city, we would have been content to never leave. And a bonus 45 minutes of fireworks right in front of us was spectacular! The host was quick to respond, and Adelina was wonderful. She was there to meet us when we arrived and checked in on us via text without being intrusive. We can’t wait to return!

We felt like we were in a castle. Prepare for the fitness workout of your life. Five story walk up, but once on top you are in heaven. 360* view of Florence never gets old! Bottom of the hill is shopping galore, restaurants, museums and DAVID!!!!! I would arrange tours and reservations for dinner. The place is hopping. We each had our own rooms with all amenities. The only thing negative to say is the bedroom downstairs off of the kitchen can be isolated and cramped but if the person comes upstairs and socializes they will get what the place has to offer. Nina was in complete communication and lovely!!!

we only had luxury of 3-1/2 days in Firenze but this beautiful apartment made it feel even longer with its close proximity to everything and the five balconies with spectacular views of Il Duomo and the Fiume Arno were truly breathtaking. When we come back we will definitely stay here again

Celebrating two high school graduates with a family girl trip. Seven adults and two children, ages five and twelve. Was a great house for all of us! Plenty of room with nice modern bathrooms. Loved the outdoor spaces with beautiful views of Florence! The host was great answering all our questions and Nina who checked us in was great! She checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything, offered to help with transportation to the train station when we left and met us at departure to help carry our luggage down the stairs. There is a steep hill to walk up and four flights of stairs but totally worth it for the views! Would definitely stay again!

We were in Florence with two of our grandchildren and their parents. The penthouse was absolutely wonderful. It likely has one of the best views in Florence and is in a great location, just five minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped and has the space to cook. The terraces were fantastic. The host was welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend this penthouse and though there are stairs, we would stay there again.

This property was fantastic and I PERFECT for ringing in the New Year with our family of 10! Nina our host was most gracious and helpful. She recommended restaurants and even a Dr for family who became ill. The location and view could not have been more ideal. The view of the fireworks throughout the city on New Year's Eve were something our family will treasure always. I give this property a 10/10 and highly recommend for your visit to Florence. Everything was walkable. While the hill to the apartment was BIG, it made for many laughs and helped with all of the extra eating we did!! There were 4 couples in our group and this place was perfect! Lots of room for us to spread out…GORGEOUS views, very welcoming host. I would not have wanted to be here if we had anyone with mobility issues. There were lots of stairs even inside the residence and the whole place is on a steep hill. Also, note that one of the bedrooms has two twin beds and is on the lowest floor off of the kitchen. It’s very nice but not as “plush” as the rest of the place. We absolutely would stay here again. Easy access to grocery store, all the places we wanted to visit, and the views!!!!

This apartment is exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. The beds were comfortable and the views were simply stunning. I don't think there is a better one in all of Florence! Our host was very responsive. The climb up the hill and then the stairs to get there were worth the views and space, but it is important to be aware of them!
