We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Florence! Check-in was smooth and welcoming—someone met us on arrival, walked us through the space, and made sure we had everything we needed, which was a great start. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Duomo and close to everything we wanted to explore. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the city—a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.
A few things to keep in mind: there’s no elevator, so carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was a bit challenging. Also, the air conditioning could have been stronger, and one of our rooms didn’t have A/C, which made it a little uncomfortable in the summer heat. We also had a leak from the washing machine, but to their credit, the staff responded quickly and sent someone to check it out right away.
