The location on the Piazza is enchanting, so much to do watching the people come and go. And right in the midst of galleries etc when venturing out into the busy streets. The suite is large and spacious, and had a lovely new kitchen. With the issues we had, the company responded quickly (but not always helpfully).
The noise was dreadful. We expected noise from the Piazza, that wasn’t a problem. But the bedrooms backed onto a side street that had a booming nightclub and endless loud vehicles and people all through the night. It was so bad that we asked to move elsewhere, but the company did not do so. We also had no hot water when we arrived, which led to a plumber in our unit at 9pm. And the suite was not fully cleaned or made up when we arrived.
