Appartamento Convivio is an elegant and welcoming apartment located in the historic center of Florence, at a short distance from Palazzo Pitti and from Ponte Vecchio (old bridge). It sleeps eight people. From Appartamento Convivio you will have a characteristic view of the street below and of the other buildings. Appartamento Convivio is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Florence, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for ATAF bus C2 line at 100 meters (330 feet).
Appartamento Convivio is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Convivio (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed) nearby, for a fee, in a private parking lot.

Ornate ceilings, walls with light cream sponge baths, hardwood floors, decorative wall hangings and furniture in style of the Renaissance and of the Medici period, feature Apartment Convivio.
Living Room
The living room is paved with elegant wood. The ceiling is frescoed. The furnishings are elegant and refined. The furnishings include a long sofa, two armchairs and a divan bed for one guest located on the mezzanine level (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. The room has a large window with a view of the street below and of the other buildings. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a telephone.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels; heating. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 250.00. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 120 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine. The kitchen has a window overlooking the street below.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest located on the mezzanine level. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest located on the mezzanine level. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
