Casa Strozzi - (PIAZZA DELLA REPUBBLICA)

I am leaving this review on behalf of my client, Jessica H. and her family, for whom I booked this property for their stay in Florence: Our stay in Florence was wonderful, and this apartment exceeded our expectations! Jacopo was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to personally show us around the apartment, explain how everything worked, and provide recommendations for some of the best restaurants in the area. His hospitality made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was excellent. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather, and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best features was the location. It was within walking distance of the main square, shopping, restaurants, and many of Florence's top attractions, making it easy to explore the city without needing transportation. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely choose this apartment again on our next trip to Florence. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay while visiting Florence!

Casa Strozzi is a beautiful apartment right in the downtown area of Florence and city center. The apartment was clean, spacious, and easy to find. Jacopo, the host, was accommodating, pleasant, and very helpful. He checked in to make sure everything was okay or if we needed anything. Centrally located, you can walk to everything. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend this location if traveling to Florence.

The location could not be more convenient. Florence is a walkable city, but this apartment is minutes from everything...bridges, museums, restaurants, and the train station. Rooms are dark and beds are comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and they were even able to accommodate our early arrival. Neighbors were quiet and courteous.

This apartment may be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. The multiple levels and staircases are a bit treacherous if you're not sure-footed. Also, the beds closest to the windows in both downstairs rooms are incredibly loud at night. Spring break partiers were singing at the top of their lungs every night until after 4 a.m. We finally slept the 3rd night after embracing ear plugs. Also, it's a stretch to say there's a balcony. It's one of the reasons we chose this apt. over another, but the balcony was a step-out from the kitchen that overlooked the industrial elements of the building. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.
