Very close to main tourist sites, especially the Uffizi museum. Having a terrace to sit out on was great in the evenings.
Nothing. Although guests should be aware of the number of steps up to apartment but there usually a lift.

Too many stairs

Regular communication from the host and they were so helpful. Met us at the property on arrival to show us around the apartment. The apartment is immaculately clean. Very spacious and styled beautifully with comfortable bed and living room. Located in central Florence which is very busy, but you cannot hear street noise from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.
There was nothing we disliked. The stairs may be difficult for some people but we were ok with them.

Very very Clean, plenty of coffee and other basic stuff, easy communication with the staff, the self check in
The only bad thing I can say about this property, is that u have to take your luggage by steps for the first floor and from the third floor to the forth floor. Other than that everything was perfect
