Central to everything and yet very quiet and restful space. Really loved the staff communication and all the amenities- I was able to do a very impactful 4 day stay and see so much. This is a perfect location for all the major sites and some fantastic local food nearby as well.

Location was fantastic. Comfortable beds and very clean and cute apartment in the heart of Florence. AC worked great. Our host met us in person and hand delivered our keys. I would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning was great in August heat wave. Located right in the centre of the city. Walking distance to all attractions including the river.

It was so central to the city with everything in walking distance. The heat was intense and being so central we were able to easily return for a rest in the afternoon. The staff facilitated us so well with prompt and helpful advice.
Didn’t like the fact that lift only started on 1st floor, but was able to manage though difficult enough with luggage.
