House Arnolfo is located right in the heart of Florence, you see" Piazza della Signoria" from the windows. The Uffizi Gallery is 50 meters away and within a few minutes walkink you get to the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo and all the most important monuments of the town.
The apartment is on the third floor of an old building,it has an elevator and all the amenities including a professional air conditioning system.
Arnolfhouse was completely restored in 2007 and has all the accessories, satellite TV, wireless Internet access throughout the apartment. The house consists of 4 rooms with 9 comfortable beds + a very comfortable two-seater sofa bed, two bathrooms and a large living room.
It is located right in the heart of the historic city and is surrounded by buildings and monuments. Living here is like going back to the times of the Renaissance. Nearby are major shopping areas with shops of jewelers and all the major Italian designers. Excellent restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine are within walking distance.

This comfortable flat is very conveniently located in Piazza della Signoria. Its a 1 minute walk to the Uffizi, many great restaurants and lots of shops including the Bazaar Porcellino. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was more than adequate with nice touches like coffee and tea. The bathrooms are small, but typical for Italy. The owners are lovely, do not speak English but communication was not a problem. We had stayed in this building on a prior trip but needed more rooms and this was pretty perfect for our needs. This place had a fantastic location! We could look out the window and see the Palazzo Vecchio! It was such a short walk to all the major sites. We were worried it would be too loud but with the windows closed you couldn’t hear anything! It had everything we needed - check in and out were super easy too. We had six friends and we all fit really comfortably.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and centrally located flat. It was clean and well maintained. The check-in was simple and accommodating to our arrival time in Florence. I highly recommend this property. We were a group of nine and the space worked perfectly.

This place was fantastic ! in the heart of Florence city center where you walk right out into the sites. Surprisingly quiet at night . We couldn’t hear any of the bustling outside. The property was clean and spacious and check in was very easy, would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you !!!

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 6, with two teens and grandparents. The location is even closer than the photos suggest! The space is clean and check in was easy. If you are considering it, book it you won’t regret the central location and ample space. Also the beds are comfy!

Check in was a bit bumpy. VAT amount changed from email. Outer door lock needs repair - one key broke in it - luckily nearby shop owner had pliers to help. Lots of space and room to gather as well. Has small elevator that helps get to third floor... one person at a time.

This spot is central downtown and is a great location for groups with little kids who want to see the major sites. The 3 of the 4 bedrooms fit 2 people each. The 4th bedroom was a bit small and dark and our kids were scared to sleep in there. Overall a great place to stay. The only drawback is there is no drying machine.

We loved our stay in ArnolfHouse! It was spacious, clean and bright and had all of the amenities we needed for our week long stay near beautiful Piazza Della Signoria. Communication with the owner was veroy responsive and pleasant. The newer windows and thicker walls made it much quieter than we expected being on a busier street. There were restaurants and cafes right out our front door

This was by far our favorite spot to stay in Italy. The location is amazing with food and activities right out the front door. We loved the shopping, sandwiches, and gelato right by the house. When they say center of location they aren’t kidding. Such a safe feeling, I even went out shopping by myself with no worries. There is plenty of space. We were there over Super Bowl and loved the actual living room with couches for us to sit and enjoy the game. Would definitely come back here again!

WORST PART of our stay was when we called about no hot water one of the workers came to the apartment, rang the bell three times ,we did not allow her access because my teenage daughters we're all waiting to get in the shower and she's very freely let herself into the apartment.

This four bedroom property was absolutely terrific! Perfect location while visiting Florence. Literally steps away from wonderful restaurants, gelato, breakfast places, and so many historical sites! The beds were all extremely comfortable and you were even able to look out the window and see the statue of David! The owner was extremely responsive to all questions and had someone meet us at the property to show us around. This is the place we will stay anytime we visit Florence! We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. We were steps away from all of the best shopping, museums, and restaurants. This is a prime location for you to stay. Host was great, very responsive and the home was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again. Florence was wonderful and again we were right in the mis of it all. we enjoyed being so close to The Uffizi. Very convenient for us was the washing machine. You leave damp clothes on the radiators and they dry in 1 day. we could hear people singing in the streets, but faintly. The elevator was typical of European elevators: tiny, cumbersome to use but so useful.We enjoyed dining at Rivoire and also right across from the Pitti Palace. Florence is my favorite city with Venice!

This apartment was in an absolutely perfect and beautiful location. We were a family of 5 (4 adults and 1 child) traveling and found everything about the apartment to be wonderful. Amazing location, very clean, felt very safe. Communication with Giovanni and his assistant was always prompt and very helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it, we look forward to returning one day in the future.

Large apartment steps from the Uffizzi Gallery. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants as well as major sites- The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio Bridge and museums. Only negative was the elevator didn’t work on last day and we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.

Property boasts an excellent location. It was in the heart of Florence and made it easy for our group to come and go together or separately. Owner was very responsive to our requests. On the down side.. the apartment could use a refresh. Baseboards and flooring were dirty, walls quite dinged up. I understand we are in the heart of a big city.. it gets dirty easy.. but some baseboards were black. Kitchen was nicely updated but knives/utensils/cookware were showing there age. Showering with our large group (8) took some management for hot water. All in all it is a nice property with an elevator in the heart of everything that we all enjoyed . If it had been cleaner and better equipped it could and would have been outstanding.

We had an amazing experience at this property, and would highly recommend! 10 out of 10. The location could not be better - steps from Piazza della Signoria, close to Duomo, close to the Arno (Ponte Vecchio), close to the Uffizi... you're a quick walk to many major sights in Florence. Being on the 3rd floor, you're away from most of the street noise. The property is large and comfortable. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a large living room (with dining table). The apartment was clean, with plenty of natural light. Beds were comfortable, and AC was strong (although some of the units were a bit loud). Our hosts were excellent! Giovanni, Kusum, and Roy were all very responsive and very helpful. Check-in, and check-out was all very smooth and easy. We had a great time here, would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay here right in the heart of Florence, just steps away from Uffizi. The apartment is huge with 4 bedrooms, living area, and kitchen with a long main hallway. There is an elevator, which is tiny, but doable. Communication was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. Fifteen minute walk from the train station. Would happily stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as described. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the convenience of being able to quickly walk anywhere we needed to go. Giovanni was great about communicating everything prior to our arrival. For anyone with physical limitations, this apartment is on the fifth floor, which could be challenging. It's also right off a large plaza, which was convenient, but could also be noisy late at night. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Eight adults (4 couples) all family stayed here for three days. Everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The house was perfect just wish there was one more bathroom. The owner, Giovanni, was gracious when we had to change dates and was helpful with providing information and even ordered taxis for us for our trip to the airport The apartment had all that we needed. Highly recommend if you are wanting to stay in Florence in a convenient location.

Location, location, location. You can look out your window and see the statue of David within Piazza della Signoria. Minutes walk to all major locations. Apartment has 4 bed rooms, very spacious. Only issue was that we were surprised to find we could not control the a/c at all, it is controlled by owner, which was difficult for me as I can not sleep when it is warm. Fortunately, most of the nights cooled down to make it comfortable enough to sleep. Bathrooms a little on the older side, but overall a great stay. I would certainly return.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place very clean and large enough for our family of 8. Check in and communication with the host was amazing. The location is prefect to visit mostly all the main sites in Florence on foot. The view out or window of the piazza was amazing and really added to our stay. I would 100% recommend this apartment
