The location was convenient to shops and dining. Security was good using codes on all doors for entry into the apartments as well as the building. The courtyard area was not cleaned well. Lighting in the apartments and hallways could use some improvements. The housekeeper was still cleaning upon our arrival. The lighting in the apartments were dim. Sensors were used in the hallways outside the apartments but there were delayed in turning on which could make exiting the apartment hazardous due to a deep step which could have been tripped on. Advertised washer available but there was no washer. First floor bathroom didn’t smell freshly clean.

Host had a conflict and reached out to us to offer option of a better property at the same price. The trip was great and we appreciated the professionalism of the host and willingness to work with us to make sure our trip went well.
