Wonderful apartment in the heart of Florence. The apartment was perfectly appointed and hosted by Fabrizio. Fabrizio was so helpful and appropriately suggestive on how to make our stay more enjoyable. It is a block from the river and in the middle of the shopping district. It is close to coffee cafes, grocery stores, gelato, etc.You are a 8 minute walk to anywhere and so many options for bakeries, restaurants, and shopping. Close enough to enjoy but far enough to explore the city as you set out in any direction.We were a family of 6 adults with a 1yo child. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms, each with a perfect en-suite bathroom. Very comfortable with a lot of space.It is a penthouse walk up off a nice and seemingly safe lighted walkable road. Lots of steps with no lift that you should be aware of, but if you can manage that I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. We will certainly stay here again next time in Florence and will highly recommend to friends and family.

Location, location, location! The apt is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. Fabrizio was so helpful. He met us the first day after a long travel night, helped with luggage, reservations, taxi and was very responsive if I had questions. The apt is on the 4th or top with no lift, so be ready for stairs and luggage. It did not bother us, but good to know.

This place was wonderful! Clean, salacious, and the host was wonderful. Close to all major sites and shopping areas in Florence. Host was so nice and ever so responsive! He was always a text message away. Provided information about th area and even offered to call a taxi for us! Thank you, Fabrizio!

We came to Florence from Fort Myers, Florida, in the States, for our nephew’s wedding and our first trip to Italy. Our experience with Fabrizio (the property manager), was amazing. His communication from start to finish was more than we could have ever expected or hoped for. He made sure we were comfortable before during and after our stay, helping us with rides, restaurants, and more. He was our first friend in Italy. The apartment is clean and just as beautiful as advertised. There are a lot of steps, but we used those to burn off the amazing food we had eaten. A hidden benefit! It was a wonderful stay, at a beautiful property, with an amazing manager.

Extended family trip to Italy with a couple day stay in Florence…great location, brand new modern apartment that accommodated all nine of us…Fabrizio was excellent from check in to our entire stay with communications, recommendations for close by parking, restaurants, etc. Be aware this apartment is on the fourth floor and no elevator; so pack light! Great place; would definitely recommend :)

I went over with the family to meet my daughter after her overseas study program. I was hesitant to book due to it not having any reviews but that was only because it was a new listing. The apartment was great, clean, modern but with exposed beams and brick walls. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus a loft. The host was engaging and professional. The location was perfect. I expect it to become very popular as more people book and the reviews start rolling in.
