Flospirit - Santissima Annunziata

Apartment was lovely and big, quiet neighbourhood with lots of local Italians and not many tourists, but a very close walk to central Florence. My partner and I both were really happy with the stay.

We had a lovely stay here! It definitely needed a little updating (it looked a little worn and the shower doors didn't close all the way so there was a substantial puddle after showering). But it was cute and the air-conditioning worked! Plus, it was a convenient walk to every place we wanted to visit!

Be sure to do the online check way before you arrive. I never received the online reservation link after I booked the room and had to call the customer service number to resend it. The 1st person I called was supposed to find out what happened and call me back. He never did. When I called back to follow up, Samuel answered and he was very helpful. When I finally got the link, it didn't work and I had to call him back again to have him complete it for me & I was able got the code to get the key. From start to finish, it took about 2 hours. It was pretty frustrating after hours of travel. As long as you get past that part, everything else was nice. Location was good and was a short walk to the center of town, 4 minute walk from the Statue of David. Clean place in a safe neighborhood.
