The apartment is very charming as wad the owner, Marzia. It is in a great location easy walking to everything in Florence including a great resteraunt just steps away.
Nothing. There is a bar across the narrow street that can get loud on Saturday until late the next morning. We just played brown noise on and fell asleep fine, but anyone not used to cities should consider. Also, there are narrow stone steps, 3 flights, and no elevator. Fine for us, but anyone with mobility issues should be aware.

Marzia was a gracious host who greeted us and explained all necessary requirements, and recommended some nearby restaurants. The apartment contained everything we required for our 6 night stay, and it was in a great location. We walked everywhere; even the train station was not too far. Santo Spirito was buzzing for a few days because of the Gucci Show, and we felt part of the neighbourhood.
The 3 flights of stairs were okay for us. However, if you have mobility issues, it could be a problem.
