Communication piece could improve. I emailed and asked several times if I could check in earlier which worked out great but there was no response. However, they use their own platform which due to internet issues i had very hard time loading therefore i would highly encourage to check emails more frequently. Also, apartment has a lot of black mold throughout. apart from that it was a cute little spot close to metro stop.

Very nice apartment close to the train station in Florence. Super convenient, and a cosy place to stay. We had a great experience staying here, and would return! :)

Generally good. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn’t really work. It was 94 degrees in Florence and our room never seemed to get below about 85. Time for a replacement!
