About this apartment rental
Mimi apartment is a beautiful apartment located on the ground floor of an elegant building of the early twentieth century inside a quiet and private street in the center of Florence, 15 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The apartment consists of a living room with a very comfortable sofa and armchairs and a table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks a beautiful garden available exclusively to our guests. There are two large double bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a French bed. The latter may possibly accommodate another person in a chair-bed. The bathroom is complete with bidet, sink, toilet and shower.
The apartment is equipped with television, air conditioning (in one BED room and in the kitchen), free wi-fi, heating, washing machine and dishwasher.

When we arrived on a cold, rainy night after a long flight, it was a joy to enter the warm, comfortable, and beautiful apartment. We enjoyed spending time in the kitchen where we would enjoy our coffee and discuss the events of the day, especially after a long day of exploring Florence. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the lovely decor. I already miss being there and hope to be able to come back some day.

Very friendly, welcoming host. She met us at the apartment for an early check in so we could drop our bags. We were given a brief tour of the apartment and a thorough description of all the important things (stove, laundry, garbage, etc.) Apartment was our favorite on a 3 week Italy trip. The space, cleanliness, amenities, neighborhood, everything was perfect. Would highly recommend to other travelers and absolutely will book the next time we visit Florence.

Character ground floor apartment, lived in by the owner for many years. It is charming, has a comfortable feel and you can tell that it has been lovingly looked after. Very spacious and in a very quiet safe area. Location is superb - 15-20 minutes walk to all major sites, various bus stops within 5 minutes walk, supermarket at the end of the street, numerous good restaurants with 5-10 minutes walk. Owner is lovely and communications are excellent/very prompt. Let me reiterate that this is a character property and so those who crave the most modern and up-to-date amenities (coffee machine, microwave, handy plugs for devices) may wish to look elsewhere (and probably pay a lot more). We would definitely stay again. The owner has compiled an extensive book of Florence by area, restaurants, shopping etc which we found very helpful (and very accurate) - her recommendations were excellent.
