Apartment was very clean. Good size for 5 people. Hosts were very accommodating and had answers to all our questions. Very close to train station and trams and attractions.

Starting before our stay Davide and Anna were very responsive and helpful to my many questions. As this as my first time to any place in Europe, this was very important to me. They communicated well in English, which was also very helpful.We arrived in Florence and at the apartment around 7 pm. It was an easy tram ride and short walk from the airport, making getting there very easy. Davide was there to let us in, explain everything, and take care of the details of the apartment. He had a bottle of chianti and a little snack waiting for us, which was a nice touch. The rental looks exactly like the pictures shown. It was clean, well-appointed, and convenient.Davide and Anna checked in with during our stay, as well. We were easily able to walk to the main attractions in Florence. While we easily walked 5 miles per day, it was all within reach of apartment. The Indian restaurant next door is highly recommended by our group of 4. Getting back to the airport by tram was also super easy, as the T2 goes strait to the airport from the station that's a 5 minute walk away.I would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I were traveling with our 2 adult children and this was the perfect apartment for us during our stay in Florence. Davide and Anna were great hosts, providing an early check-in option and Davide met us upon our arrival to show us around the apartment. It is a short walk from the train station and many great restaurants. Davide also came back the day we left to ensure we had a smooth checkout - we definitely appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the terrace was great to enjoy an afternoon drink prior to heading to dinner. Highly recommend this property for your Florence holiday.

This unit was great for being close to everything but lacked in home comfort and amenities for my group of 5 adults.The lack of counter space in the kitchen and lack of hooks in the bathroom was frustrating.I did mention it to the hosts Anna and Davide upon leaving and they seemed receptive.I really enjoyed the easy communication with Anna and was very pleased she greeted us and showed us the unit.The unit is clean and very bright. The hosts are very friendly.

This suite is a very basic, very simple IKEA furnished apartment. The bed is comfortable. Items like a box of Kleenex, a roll of paper towels, hand soap in the kitchen would be good additions to this suite.

We had a fantastic experience staying in this apartment. It's clean, quiet, secure and close to not only the train station, but also Duomo and other attractions. We enjoyed visiting several of the nearby restaurants. It was especially wonderful to have two bathrooms.

Location of this property is minutes away from the train station. It was within walking distance to shopping, food and exploring. Owner was extremely responsive and thorough when checking in and out of their apartment. The elevator was a huge perk for lugging travel bags.

Host was very flexible with early drop off of luggage. Description says it's a new apartment but I think the correct word should be remodeled or refurbished. However, it was clean, had enough linen, but needed decent and more pillows. The host stressed for us to respect neighbors by not closing doors too hard and not to be noisy. However, we were woken at 2 am by a loud noise from above of a washing machine spin drying. We had to bear up with two washes. So I guess the respect for neighbors doesn't go both ways. There is a master key that shuts off all power when you leave and that requires quite a few minutes for modem to boot up when you get back in. So no TV or internet for sometimes half an hour on return. That circuit at least should not be wired to the master shut-off switch.

This place was nice and clean and seemed new. There are two bedrooms (one with either one large bed & one single or three singles and the other with one large bed or two singles). There are also two bathrooms. The host was there to show us everything and even provided us with a bottle of water and juice. There was also some of the standard seasonings to aid in cooking. This place is close to the train station which was a plus. One note - the apartment does require to have the keys inserted into the wall in order for the lights to work. My recommendation is to provide two sets of keys in case groups split up. It proved a challenge when our group wanted to split up but only have one set of keys to get in and keep the lights on.

The flat is 6 to 8 minutes walk to Firenzie Santa Maria Novella train station. This makes it easy to go anywhere. We chose to walk to the Duomo, 20 minutes to the old city, many shops, restaurants, entertainment and some museums. My family loved being there. The third bedroom listed is a pull out couch in the living room. We thought it would be a separate space. All worked out perfectly. We were happy to have an elevator to the 4th floor and enjoyed the views from the balcony, perfect for morning café and to hang our hand washed clothes. The space has nice natural light and is clean with efficiency and comfort in mind. We loved it and Davide made quick and easy communication. Gratzie (Thank you) Anna and Davide.

They followed up with us after a day or two to see if we had any needs, questions, or concerns. I believe it was a great value for our stay. It is not in the heart of Florence, but it is an easy walk to the center of Florence. We recommend this place. Thank you.
