Marian was a wonderful host with quick responses and the apartment had everything one would need.

The property is away from the street which is nice because it’s quiet. It’s very spacious, clean and definitely more than big enough for 4 people. It’s nice to have two bathrooms and a washer and dryer.

Would book again if travelling to Florence

This was a great apartment for our famiily of 6 and the one that our kids rated the best from all the places we stayed. Apartment was so cleaning and host very responsive to requests. It was a great location with a supermarket 5 minutes away and we could walk to the train station on about 10-15 minutes. Washer/Dryer was a godsend and so was the clothes airer.

We could not have the air conditioners and the oven going at the same time as it tripped the electricity. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of. Also there is a rooftop nightclub behind the property. It doesn't go to all night, but did make it difficult for the kids to sleep. If it rains heavily, the middle bedroom and kitchen area may flood if the drains on the balconeys get flooded, but host was amazing coming out to clear them and brought extra towels to clean up

The host gives you plenty of information. She is warm and kind, an very friendly welcoming Italian. Very helpful with information and ready to assist with anything.

The location is a bit far but we took taxis to get to the central part of Florence sp it wasn't a huge problem. There is a tram nearby as well but we did not use this.

Fastastic flat and location

The place is fantastic for big family or group of friends. We were 3 families (6 people) and the flat was super comfy. Good location, you can walk to the city center. Great restaurant near by.

A wonderful apartment on Belfiore!

The property is so cute! It’s perfect for a couple! It was very clean and well organized. The bed was very comfortable, it was memory foam! I was given such clear instructions on how to get there from the train station. The host was very nice and messaged back quickly! It’s about a 15 minute walk to all the shops, but there’s also a tram nearby if you would want to take that instead! We were so sad to leave, but would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in each detail, home decor like it’s Vogue Home, kind and ready-to-answer proprietary, watchout only for stairs!

It’s just perfect, each detail. Has soaps anbd every toiletterie, including for washing machine. Public transportation at the door in 15 min you’re at the center, there’s also a huge hotel with breaksfast on the other side of the street, if you don’t want to cook. If you do, you’ll have every single cooking item like toaster, juicer, coffee machine + automatic coffee machine, water filter already in the fridge and more… de deco is award-wining and makes any other accomodation i’ve ever been just.. lame.

Keep in mind you’ll need to climb some stairs to access the rooms, doable.

Everything was excellent. The host was superb and very responsive. She was genuinely trying her absolute best to make sure our stay was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The host, Marian, was very helpful and she made us feel welcome. Her check procedure was thorough and easy to follow. We had a delicious dinner at her family restaurant. Then she gave us a nice bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary. This was very thoughtful and we appreciated it.

Marian was wonderful and so friendly. The property is extremely clean and updated. It only 12 minute walk from the train station and you can take the tram if you choose. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to the center city.

A clean, safe, and ideally located apartment, very lovley Host

I travelled to Florence for a congress and had difficulty finding suitable accommodation. Fortunately, I came across Celeste's Balcony — a real gem. It’s easily accessible from the airport, just a 20-minute tram ride away. Despite arriving late, the self-check-in process worked flawlessly. Marian, the owner, sent me detailed instructions via WhatsApp, including a helpful video guide, which made everything very straightforward. The apartment is centrally located. I was able to walk to the congress venue, the city centre, and even to Piazzale Michelangelo — all comfortably reachable on foot. As someone who enjoys walking, I found the location absolutely ideal. The place itself is clean, safe, and comfortable. I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Very comfortable, plenty of room in nice position. Option of tram or bus into city. Our contact Marian was very nice and couldn't have been more helpful. One warning, the stairs to upper level have no handrail, people with mobility problems need be aware. Beds comfortably firm.

We arrived early, but the host reached very quickly and helped us check in and leave our bags early since we had to go out.

The steep stairs without handrials to the second floor can be a difficult for the eldery and children.

Excellent accommodation

I stayed with my family at Celeste House and everyone loved the stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and we appreciated the abundance of pillows. The house is well-equipped and we didn't miss anything. Salvatore was always very attentive, providing several useful tips. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential due to the intense heat. My young daughter loved the variety of toys and books available for her. Certainly, if we return to Florence, we will stay there again.

Excellent location 14 mins walk from the station and just over that into the centre of the city for the sights. Comfortable and clean 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All very clean! Coffee machine was great to have.

It would have been good to have had curtains/blinds in the downstairs bedroom to keep out the early morning light. A couple of towels did the job though!
