The local vicinity has all amenities, with a wide choice of coffee bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

The accommodation is located in Viale Belfiore, very close to P.ta al Prato, on the fifth floor of an elegant building with a lift and the possibility of a private lock up garage. Fifty-three square metres of floor space, with air conditioning and central heating, it also has a convenient balcony area of around 7 m2 in size. Suitable for a family of four or a group of friends in total privacy as each room as its own en-suite bathroom. Hi-speed WI-FI internet.

BEDROOMS
It offers guests two bedrooms with double beds and the possibility of a single sofa bed for a child in the living area.
Elegantly furnished, cosy, relaxing and practical: each bedroom has a bathroom with an enclosed shower, hair dryer, courtesy kit, towel set, air conditioning, TV and safes, one of which can contain a laptop.

LIVING ROOM and COMMON SPACES
The living area has a single sofa bed, a smart TV and a glass table. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also includes a dishwasher, microwave oven-grill, toaster, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The convenient balcony over the internal courtyard of the building offers the possibility of enjoying a moment of relaxation.

The house is close to the historic Porta al Prato district. It`s also steps from Leopolda, Florence`s oldest and original railway station, now a major business venue. Close by is the Parco delle Cascine, great for jogging, and the Opera di Firenze.

It is about 100 metres from the stops for the tram line and bus routes C2 and C3, and well connected to the historical centre and the entire city of Florence.
The location is ideal for those planning to visit the countryside and the beautiful towns of Tuscany with their own car as the motorway and main road connections are within easy reach.

1) Our standard protocol for apartment access involves a self-check-in system, wherein access codes are automatically generated. To comply with legal requirements in Italy and facilitate guest registration, all guests are required to complete an online form accessible via a provided link. This form must include comprehensive guest information and a photo of their identification document (passport for non-European Union residents).
2) Our standard check-in time is 03:00 PM. Guests may drop off their luggage in the apartment starting from 11:30 AM and return for formal check-in at 03:00 PM. Please be aware that due to the high demand for cleaning services in Florence, there may be rare occasions where our cleaning team completes their tasks by 04:00 PM, thereby delaying the check-in until that time.
3) Air Conditioning: When using multiple air conditioning units simultaneously, guests must ensure that all units are set to the SAME MODE— either COOLING or HEATING —to prevent system conflicts. In the event of conflicting modes, guests are required to switch off all units and contact us during working hours for assistance. Please note that resolving such conflicts may result in a temporary interruption of air conditioning services until the following day. Thank you for your cooperation.
