About this apartment rental
The small attic offers an enchanting 180 ° view over the historic center of Florence. It is located a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella station, and is well connected to the airport and public transport in the city, and is located in a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants.
The house is a unique space consisting of:
- the living / sleeping area where the super king size double bed (200x200cm) and the double sofa bed are located;
- the kitchen area, equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, various utensils;
- the comfortable bathroom with shower, as well as of course the sink, toilet and bidet.
From the large sunny windows you can see the Duomo, the Medici Chapels, the Palazzo Vecchio, and also San Miniato and Piazzale Michelangelo, practically the entire historic center.
Finally, the large terrace completes the property: a 50 m² space where you can relax, have meals or drink a good glass of wine, admiring the spectacular 180 ° view of its center of Florence and its millenary beauty .
NB. Our guests have full exclusive access to the house.
It is also possible to agree for a SELF CHECK-IN, otherwise check-in is normally from 14 to 19, according to agreements to be made in advance on the day of arrival. Since it is not a professional activity (there is no reception), guests are kindly asked to communicate their arrival time as accurately as possible and, in case of delay, to communicate it as soon as possible.
Check-out is before 10am.
Check-ins after normal hours have an additional cost of 20 € (from 19 to 24).
THE TOURIST TAX of € 5,50 per person per day is TO BE PAID at check-in or to leave at check-out.
The price includes: bed linen, towels (courtesy kit), soaps and single-dose shower-shampoo, as well as a welcome kit (water, fruit juices and biscuits). Special requests are accepted (like a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates or a bouquet of flowers).

Look no further if you are planning a trip to Florence and want a well appointed studio apartment. The location couldn’t be much better as it is close to the Belfiore tram stop (4 mins walking) that will get you anywhere you want to go in and around the Florence area. The terrace view is amazing and it’s facing west so the sunset (weather permitting) is gorgeous.

The penthouse was perfect. Just off the beaten path of Florence’s heavily trafficked tourist district, but still close enough to walk to it or, even better, take the Tram (T-2) just a few steps away. The unit, accessible by lift, is sparkling clean, well equipped and feels like home. It is an open floor plan with kitchen, sitting area and sleeping area all in one spacious room. And outside? On the terrace is a wonderful area for sitting, taking in the sunset or gathering with friends. Just terrific. Highly recommended.

The apartment was great - well-appointed with a huge rooftoop terrace! The host was super easy to contact and responded promptly and positively to every request for information - directing us to a local trattoria that was the best we had at half the price! He also suggested a great laundry service near by. The location is great! Nice quiet neighbourhood with all the services we needed but only 15 minute walk to the train station and 20 from city centre - or the tram just 100 metres away. Great host- great location!
