Highly recommended. The owner Michele is friendly, attentive and passionate about being an owner.

Michele the owner met us promptly to hand over the keys. He was very thorough in his explanation of all the property’s amenities and was very helpful in explaining the location and sights of interest. He arranged for a taxi to the train, and also met us on the last day to help carry luggage.

Beautiful apartment with the best location!!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. We were a multigenerational group of 8 traveling and it fit us perfectly. The beds were super comfortable, air conditioning worked great and the apartment was appointed perfectly. The location is amazing. Just steps away from all the main sites. Our host, Michele, was super helpful. He met us at the door and helped carry our luggage up the stairs. He took the time to show us how everything worked in the apartment. He recommended and helped make reservations at fantastic restaurants. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend to everyone.

Michele was a fantastic host!

What a wonderful location for our group of 10 (5 adults plus 5 "adult" children 17-25)! Our host Michele met us at the property with the keys and helped us carry our bags up the stairs. He provided recommendations for the area, helped arranged dinner reservations for us, and even gifted us a bottle of wine from his neighbor's vineyard. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, as did the water pressure and hot water (even with so many of us taking showers). We were walking distance to the major museums and the Basilica, as well as many shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and stocked with enough towels, hair dryers and washing machine/clothesline. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location, beautiful apartment and helpful owner

Owner Michele responded promptly to all our question before arriving, and met us on the night of arrival to hand over keys and show us how everything in the apartment worked. He also met us on the morning of check out to let the cleaners in and to let us store luggage

There was a tourist tax that we had to pay in addition to the accommodation. This cost 5.50 Euro per person per day. I don't think it's very clearly advertised that it's something in addition to be paid and in cash

The apartment is spacious, newly renovated, excellent facilities, and three bathrooms was very welcome.

Great Stay in Vicinity of tourist spots of Florence

Michele was an excellent host! He helped us with carrying our luggage to 2nd floor (no elevator), guiding us with the restaurants, taxis, reserving parking spots. The apartment was spacious for our group of 8 people. Only drawback: one bedroom has an attached bathroom rest 2 others are at the end of the corridor. Would highly recommend this place for its vicinity to all tourist locations of Florence. Thank you Michele you were very helpful!

Very very nice accommodations beautiful and roomy!

My previous review was wrong. I was speaking about my accommodations a few days before at another accommodation. This Lambert apartment was exquisite. The place was beautiful with a full living groom area and kitchen area. The host was so very accommodating and took complete care of anything we needed including booking taxis giving us food tips and more.

The apartment was so clean and freshly updated. Everything from the ductless ventilation units to the washer, dishwasher, toilets and showers worked perfectly. The location is fantastic and lots of great options for dining, shopping and touring close by.

Incredible apartment in the heart of Florence

Great location amazing place. It has 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms. The place is central to everything in Florence. The host is incredible and makes sure everything is taken of for you as well. Maps of the city, recommended tours, places to eat etc. Really a great booking.

Love this apartment and it’s sweet host!

There are not enough words to describe how much we loved this apartment. The location is perfect making it an easy walk to any outing we made. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. It is completely updated and stocked with everything you need from water, shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, to milk for your coffee. Michele is the most amazing host. He is more like a concierge at a 5 start hotel. He will assist you with anything and is always available. This truly is the best rental apartment we have ever stayed in. We felt like we should be paying twice as much for how amazing this apartment is. BOOK IT NOW! You’ll be happy you did.

The Lambert Apartment was perfect in every way! Michele stayed in contact with us prior to our arrival and he greeted us when we arrived. He showed us around the property, and provided resources and recommendations for our visit. The apartment was perfectly clean and very nice, and everything seemed brand new. The pictures on the website are accurate - the property is as beautiful live as it is in pix! The property is close to major attractions, including markets. I would highly recommend this property! I would stay here again!! and Michele was very friendly, accommodating, and was sincerely interested in ensuring our visit was perfect, and it was!!

Amazing apartment and amazing hosts !

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean and the hosts were amazingly hospitable! Having worked most of my life in luxury hotels, I can honestly say this was the cleanest and most enjoyable stay I’ve ever had anywhere. The hosts provided every small detail thinkable, soap, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and added lovey touches, such as coffee and wine. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in the centre. Highly highly recommend this apartment! Thank you so much for everything, Michele!

A Luxury apartment immediatly next to the sights

I arrived by car. The owner owner of the apartement had reserved a parking space for me at the Garage Palazzo Vecchio at the Via Vinegia, 13. I went straigth to the garage. The Garage is only a few meters from the apartment. You leave the car and the keys there. It is likely that they take your vehicle to a close parking area, located in Via della Casaccia 11, 2,5 km away from the car park. You should take all the luggage you need with you into the apartment. When you wish to have your vehicle back, you just have to call the car park 60 min before and they will bring it back so you can take it again. The apartment is so centrally that you do not have to use the car anyway. All sights are within walking distance. To get to the Garage by car you have to go through the pedestrian zone and the area which is closed to normal traffic ZTL. If you park inside the ZTL zone at a parking garage, they send your license plate to be placed on the "white list" to ensure you will not be fined later (hopefully). The owner of the apartment has promised me to take care of any problems that might arise. The apartment offers incredible luxury. I has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There is air conditioning in every room and fast WiFi in living room and kitchen.

The owner of the apartment speaks English but his written communication was in Italian. I had to use the google translator to understand it. I was able to answer my questions in English without any problems.

Amazing spot in the heart of Florence -- highly recommend.

Amazing location in the heart of Florence with one of the most helpful, friendly and accommodating hosts I have ever encountered. Apartment is comfortable, well stocked, has wonderful air conditioning, lots of hot water and thoughtful extras like shampoo and milk. Michele was wonderful and had amazing recommendations for the city, booked us all taxis and was available for anything we needed.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub in einer wundervollen, beeindruckenden Stadt.

Der Vermieter kümmert sich von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute um seine Mieter, er bietet überall seine Hilfe und Unterstützung an, zudem hatte er hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Florenz parat. Alles perfekt, besser geht nicht! Die Lage des Apartments ist ebenfalls perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sogar Kaffee, Milch und Zucker sind vorhanden. Lediglich Geschirrtücher um das Geschirr besser abtrocknen zu können, haben wir ein bisschen vermisst, dafür wird jedoch eine riesige Papierrolle bereit gestellt, also kein Problem. Wir danken Michele nochmal auf diesem Weg, weil er durch seine Hilfsbereitschaft und sein Apartment unseren Florenz Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderen gemacht hat.
